1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your handbag.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The handbag must be returned in the original packaging, including dust bags, authentication cards, and tags (if any).

  • Important: Customers must provide a clear video recording showing themselves with the product and explaining the exact issue. Without this video proof, refunds or returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@arvo-za.com with your order number, issue details, and the required video.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • If only part of an order is returned, the refund will cover only the returned item(s).

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your handbag for another model, style, or color, please contact us at info@arvo-za.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we can issue a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a handbag that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The complaint must include the mandatory video proof as stated above.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect. If you haven’t received yours, please check with your bank or payment provider.
